Many towns have community garden plots you can rent for the season to plant whatever you like. Call your local municipality and do a little research. Ask if they have a community garden program. Ask where it’s located (you’ll want convenient access – think gym membership, if it’s too far… you won’t go). Ask about costs, size of the plot, Do gardeners have access to water with a hose? Shed storage? Also, ask if there are any limits on what you can and can’t grow in your space and if you’d like to garden there long term, can you reserve the same spot year after year (to plant perennials). Have a great growing season!
Use the dome until they germinate. Once they come up, remove the dome. Once the plants are up, you want good circulation to avoid fungal problems. FYI, they will dry out faster without the dome on a heat mat, so stay on top of the moisture.
